NARRATIVE REPORT on the OUTREACH PROGRAM

Rationale:
“There is a Joy in Giving” volunteers are group of individual who aims to share
the love to schools particularly those belong in far-flung areas which include Sagpat ES,
luckily chosen to be part of their advocacy. School supplies and various personal
hygiene kits were given to pupils who attended the said event.

Narration of Accomplishment:

The outreach program was done on June 2, 2018. The program started by a
welcome address by Mdm. Ruby Joy R, Concepcion. It was then followed by a speech
spearheaded by Miss Ruth Jan Abille with a smile on her face. She was happy with the
big attendance of the recipients. Various games and plays were facilitated and a lot of
prizes to the kids made them really enjoyed in every seconds of it. The next activity done
was the gift giving. School supplies and various personal hygiene kits were given.
Afterwards, the volunteers gave delicious foods to them. The final activity was the
awarding of certificates to the volunteers headed by our principal. We realized that you
can share your love to others by giving your blessings.
