 Outstanding - Excellent – Good – Fair - Needs improvement
 Exceptional - One or two improvements needed - Many improvements needed - Awful
 Agree strongly – Agree – Disagree – Strongly Disagree
 Poor – Fair – Good - Very good
 Very – Somewhat - Not very - Not at all

5-point scale:
 Poor – Fair – Good - Very good - Excellent
 Strongly agree – Agree – Neutral – Disagree - Strongly disagree

Descriptive scales:
 1 = Presentation meets criteria; requires no changes
