Instruction Display Note

1. Press [CHANGE] key and WEIGHT: 98-04

1. Setup the weight unit:


Press the following keys while LCD shows [98-04] [3.1] [-1-]

Key in: Function:

1 Power on the scale at Kg weight units

2 Power on the scale at Lb weight units

3 Power on the scale at Oz weight units

4 Power on the scale at 100g weight units

0 Show internal A/D Value (Press [CHANGE] key to re-boot the scale)

2. Setup the decimal point in Total Price Display.


While LCD shows [98-04] [3.1] [-1-]:

Key in: Decimal Point on Total Price Display:

[UNIT SET] → [TARE/ZERO] → [0] None

[UNIT SET] → [TARE/ZERO] → [1] 0.0

[UNIT SET] → [TARE/ZERO] → [2] 0.00

3. Setup the primitive data for IC93C46


While LCD shows [98-04] [3.1] [-1-], please press [CE] key for 3 ~ 5 seconds, and then follow the
instructions as below:

Instructions: Descriptions
1. Key in [1] → [1] → [0], and then the scale will enter 010 means MRP-15kg / 5g
Calibration Mode automatically.

2. Please calibrate the scale (refer to the instructions of


calibration on next page)

!! Notice: After re-setting the data for IC93C46, the


scale will work under Lb weight units. Please
remember to change the weight units into Kg.

 Weight Calibration 

Instructions Display Descriptions

1. Power on the scale, and wait till [0.000] [0] [0]


Display shows 0.

2. Press [CHANGE] key and hold SETUP Enter SETUP mode


till Display shows SETUP.

3. Press [] once to enter -CAL- Enter calibration mode


calibration mode.
V Figure = Capacity/ Standard Weight
4. Press [CE] key to select the V
Example:
figure (0 ~ 10). If you use a 5kg 3
GRP-15Kg / 5g
standard weight, please select 3.
Standard Weight: V figure:
5kg 3
15kg 1

5. Press [CHANGE] key to confirm CAL-1


the V figure. And then Display ↓
will show CAL-1 → Internal

Offset Value.

6. Press [CHANGE] key again CAL-2


while the Offset Value is stable. ↓
And then Display will show CAL-
0
2→0

7. Put the standard weight on he


platter. And then Display will XXXX
show Span Value.

8. Press [CHANGE] key twice Finish setting the data for IC93C46.
when the Span Value is stable.
And then the scale will re-boot
automatically.

Notice!! Please remove the


standard weight from the platter
while the scale is re-booting.

 Data-Lose: Err-1 
1. After switching on the scale, if Display shows [0098] [0400] [Err-1], please key in [0] → [1] →
[0] directly, and then the scale will enter Calibration Mode automatically.

2. If the scale does not enter Calibration Mode, please change a new IC93C46.

3. If the scale cannot be calibrated normally, please make sure if the battery is already under-
voltage.

 Recharge the Battery 


1. TOTAL PRICE Display shows “oo”:

Please recharge the battery.

2. The scale sounds “BiBiBiBiBiBi” three times and three LCD Displays show “- - - - -“ continuously:

The battery has completely run down. Please recharge the battery immediately.

3. Charging Indicator – LED:

LED in red light: the battery is under recharging.

LED in green light: the battery is full.
