Letter On Transction Error

A bank account belonging to Santhosh was wrongly credited with Rs. 100,000 by Singaraju Groups' finance team on September 10th, 2018. The funds were meant to be transferred to a supplier but due to an incorrect entry of the last digits of the account number, the money was deposited into Santhosh's account instead. Singaraju Groups apologizes for the inconvenience and says the amount can be adjusted in future transactions.

We are here to bring to your kind attention that, your bank account is wrongly credited with
an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- on 10th september,2018 by our team . After cross checking our
previous transactions it has been found that amount there is a difference in payments done by
our team. In point of fact, that, we mean to transfer money to our supplier account. But
because of the wrong entry the last digits of the account number, the amount got credited to
your account.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope this will not be repeated again. The
amount can be adjusted in future transaction while settling our final accounts.
