Albumin: Instrument

1. This document provides the application parameters and instrument settings for measuring albumin levels using a spectrophotometric bromocresol green method on an ARCHITECT C8000 instrument. 2. The reagent is ready to use and measures albumin levels in a range of 0.0-70.0 g/L using a single wavelength of 628/700 nm with a reading time of 7-9 seconds. 3. Calibration is done using a linear method with a single calibrator at a concentration to be determined by the user and run in triplicates every 999 hours or full interval.
