Skilled Worker In London Visa Office, And Up To Date Changes
Since Initial Application To CIO, Canada In March 2010.

Kindly refer to initial approval of my application dated 22/06/2010 by the centralized intake
office (CIO) Sydney, Canada.

Find the attached letter with the reference number B057584030 And payment receipt
number 0091504733 from the CIO, Canada on the above subject matter for your response
and next line action please.

I hereby submit a complete copy of my application with the required supporting documents
within “120 days” time frame as specified by the Canadian Authority in Sydney.

The attached application has already been reviewed and recommended to London Visa
Office for final assessment and determination on the basis of work experience in
occupation specified in the instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration
and Multiculturalization and published in the Canada Gazette on 28 Nov. 2008.

May I officially advise the Authority (London Visa Office) of the latest and up to date changes
since the time of my initial application to CIO. Find the changes below.
Change of address : I moved in to a new apartment in March 2010 , see the above letter
for the new address.

Change of Job: Shortly after I made my initial application to Canada , I changed job in the
last week of March, 2010 to enable me give maximum contribution and attention to a new
registered self employed business and consultancy services.

Cancellation of representative: I also disengaged the services of Miss Hollie Macllalen


from acting as my representative, hence authorising the authority to deal directly with me.

Marriage Separation: My partner and I have formally separated from our three years
marriage. we both decided to amicably end the relationship for reasons best known to the
parties.

All the aforementioned changes are supported with the required evidence as represented in
the various appendixes.

Detailed breakdowns of point claimed are mentioned below with evidence and have
attached the following documentation to support the application.

Education Background: 25 points claimed.

I have over 18 years of full time study ranging from primary school to university level, see a
cover letter form London School of Commerce an Associate College of University Of Wales,
Cardiff confirming Masters of business Administration (finance Option), conferred in July
2009, a notarized copy of graduate professional diploma certificate from chartered institute
of Administration conferred in August 1998, a notarized copy of professional associate
membership of chartered institute of Marketing of Nigeria issued in 1999, a Notarized copy
of certificate of completion from universal College of Technology, Confirming National
Diploma in Marketing, Conferred in 1995, Notarized copy of Btech level 2 award in door
supervision, confirming national Vocational Qualification in security facility management ,
conferred in August 2007, finally, see all the attached transcripts of the degree awarded as
issued by the respective institutions.

Language Proficiency: 12 points claimed.

Apart from the fact that all my educational qualifications was taught in English language, I
also attached evidence of third party English language test certificate: IEST, with the
following results.

Listening…….. 5.5 Moderate 2 points

Reading……….5.5 moderate 2 points

Writing……….. 6.5 High 4 points


Speaking……….7.0 High 4 points.

Band total 6.0 12 points.

Work experience: 21 points claimed.

With over 5 years experience as a finance manager, occupation specified in the instructions
issued by the minister. See all the attached letters of reference from my previous employers,
and all the notarized copies of employment contracts.

Age: 10 points claimed.

See notarized copy of my age declaration, copies of my travelling document (passport)


showing date of birth, and residence permit in United Kingdom.

Total points claimed 68 points.
