Over 31% of projects had increasing negative slippage, with bridge projects also increasing negatively. Around 17% of projects and 5% of bridge projects showed decreasing negative slippage. Nearly 15% of projects had no updates while under 5% had positive slippage or were completed. The majority of projects had overall negative slippage.

1. 26 projects and 2 bridge projects (34.15% of the total projects) increase their negative slippages with an average of (-3.19%). 100% of 26 projects consistently increase its negative slippage.
2. 14 projects and 4 bridge projects (21.87% of the projects) decrease their negative slippages with an average of (2.45%).
3. Only 12 projects have no updates (WER)
4. Only 4 projects or 4.88% of the total projects have positive slippage with an average of 12.93%. However, the positive slippage decreases with an average -0.62%
5. Only one (1) in house project (The Grid) is included in this report.
6. 16 new projects are yet to commence with 4 completed projects reported.
