This is to CERTIFY that respondent Richard Fernando y Venus is facing a


charge for Direct Assault Upon An Agent Of A Person In Authority before this
office, docketed with NPS DOCKET NO. IX-06-INQ-17L-01482 and undergoing
inquest proceedings and pursuant to the Bail Bond Guide of the Department of
Justice the said offense has a recommended bail of P8,000.00.

The certification is issued upon request of the respondent for him to


exercise his constitutional right to post bail.
