This is how to make Manong’s Fish Ball


Sauce:

Ingredients:
 2 tbsps. flour
 2 tbsps. cornstarch
 2/3 cup brown sugar
 5 tbsps. soy sauce
 4 cups water
 1 or 2 tbsps. sprite/7up or Royal
 1 or 2 pieces of chili (minced)
 1 red onion (minced)
 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Material/s needed:
1. Whire wisk
2. bowl
3. Glass or Plastic long jar

How to cook this:


1. Combine all the ingredients: flour, cornstarch, brown sugar,
soy sauce, water and sprite to a bowl. - Make sure to dissolve
everything in water before cooking it.
2. Then place it in medium heat
3. Add the chili, garlic and onion while stirring it
4. Continuously stir to avoid lumps.
5. Cook until it becomes thick.

Adjustment:
 If the sauce is not thick (watery) as the way you want it to be
then add a little bit of cornstarch and 1 tbsp of water and
dissolve it. Add it to the sauce while stove is off.
 If you don’t want spicy just don’t add chili before you cook it.
 If you can’t find Sprite or Royal wherever you are, you should
find the closest or similar taste of soda to sprite/royal.
