Manpasand Aloo Gosht

Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg
Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion (ground) 1 (large )
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Potatoes 3 (cut into cube)
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Green chilies 2 whole
Oil ½ cup

1. In a pan heat up oil add ginger garlic, onion, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander
powder and mutton, fry well.
2. Then add chopped tomatoes and fry more.
3. Then add 1 cup water cover and cook till meat is tender.
4. Now add yogurt and potatoes fry well.
5. Cook till potatoes tender.
6. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves, green chilies and all spice powder and Turn flame off.
