The subject matter was already brought to your kind knowledge, and you also took the initiative and
intimated the food and civil supply department to make raids and to register cases against the illegal
operators and assured your departments support in this regard.

As per your instruction on 08/08/18 the food and civil supplies department formed a team of all senior
officers of the entire district and came for the raid, this information was leaked beforehand and the
operation went unsuccessful. Again from the evening of the same day as usual they opened their shop
and doing business. These illegal operators have scant respect for the law and order, they are virtually
playing with the precious lives and properties of general public. they are doing this trade in open market
places and residential areas. Any untoward incidents happens the entire area will be turned in to ashes.

Though the food and civil supplies department maybe competent authorities to register cases but the
police department can prevent ,warn and strictly stop this illegal trade, knowing fully well this is illegal
and harmful to the lives and properties of the general public.

The right to do legal business is a fundamental right given to citizen of India under the article 19 (1) of
the constitution. any violation or hindrance by any illegal persons hampers public interest or peace of
the place it is the duty of the state to prevent and take appropriate action against those persons. Only
police department should take proper steps to prevent this heinous crime or else it is next to impossible
to curb this racket. your kind self is the custodian for the lives and properties of the public. Please take
initiative to prevent this illegal act in the interest of justice and truth.

We are helpless and been put to tight corner it has become a question of life or death of our business if
this continues we will be left with no other alternative except to surrender our license after giving prior
intimation to the departments who have given thier consent and NOC to us such as
