CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS

A. Oakridge Executive Club (the “Club”) Facilities


1. Boardroom
2. Maple Room (Dining/function Room)
3. Olive Room (Meeting Room 1)
4. Walnut Room (Meeting Room 2)
5. Bamboo Room (Meeting Room 3)
6. Mahogany Hall (Function Room)
7. Nap Room
8. Shower Room
The Club may also provide Airport Transfers/Shuttle Service to its cardholders, subject to availability and payment of
corresponding fees.
Reservations are recommended at all times for use of the Club’s facilities and services. Club Facilities are available
on a first come, first served basis. The use of the Club’s facilities is subject to the rules specified below.

B. General Club Rules


1. Oakridge Realty shall have the right to identify and establish the hours of operation of the Club.
2. To ensure the highest levels of service and to maintain a suitable environment for its guests, Oakridge Realty
reserves the right to deny access to the Club to any person or party, for any reason it deems appropriate.
3. Unruly or disruptive behavior may cause distraction to other guests of the Club, as such, Oakridge Realty reserves
the right to require any disorderly cardholder or guest to leave the Club.
4. Food and beverages from outside are allowed inside the Club, subject to applicable corkage charges. To maintain
the quality of service, all orders for such food and beverages must be coursed through Club personnel. However,
Oakridge Realty Management does not warrant the quality of such foods and beverages and disclaims any liability
arising from or caused by such foods and beverages.
5. No petitions are allowed to be originated, solicited, circulated or posted on Club premises.
6. To maintain cleanliness, dogs and other pets are discouraged from being brought into Club premises.
7. The Club is a non-smoking facility.
8. Prohibited drugs and substances are forbidden within Club premises.
9. For safety and security reasons, firearms and all other weapons are not permitted inside the Club at any time.
10. The Club’s management strives to provide excellent service at all times to its cardholders and patrons. Complaints
or suggestions relating to the operations of the Club must be in writing and addressed to the Club Manager.
11. All facilities of the Club are for the use and enjoyment of all guests. Please enjoy with care.
12. To avoid disruption of service, Club personnel and employees may not be sent on personal errands outside the
Club premises. Any requests should be coursed through the Club’s Concierge.

C. Use of Function Rooms


1. Clients may rent the Club’s Function Rooms for meetings or events; rates are available upon request. The rates
are subject to change at the discretion of Oakridge Realty, without prior notice to Clients.
2. Reservations for Function Room shall be made at least one (1) day before the function or event, and subject to
availability of the Function Rooms. Reservations for the Mahogany Hall shall be made at least three (3) days
before the Event.
3. Cancellation of a reservation must be made at least three (3) days before the date of the function or event,
otherwise, all related expenses incurred by the Club shall be charged to the cardholder. In all instances, in case
of cancellation, deposits shall be forfeited in favor of Oakridge Realty.
4. Clients shall be liable for damages incurred to any Club property during their function or event.

D. Use of Nap Room and Shower Room
1. The Nap Room is for the exclusive use of cardholders. Nap Room use is limited to a maximum of only two (2)
hours per visit, subject to availability and payment of corresponding fee.
2. The Shower Room is for the exclusive use of the cardholders. Shower Room use is limited to a maximum of only
one (1) hour per visit, subject to availability and payment of corresponding fee.

E. Dining
Reservations are recommended at all times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Maple Room. For inquiries and
reservations, clients can contact the Club’s Front Desk.

F. Attire
The Club is a place for work or business meetings. To ensure a productive and pleasant experience for all,
Oakridge Realty asks that clients be respectful of the occasion and time of day, and to dress appropriately. The
Club’s personnel reserve the right to decline entry if some items of clothing are deemed indecent or inappropriate.
This includes, but is not limited to:
1. Open slippers and bare feet
2. Beach wear
3. Sleep wear
4. Clothing featuring offensive images or slogans

G. Amendment
Oakridge Realty reserves the right to amend or modify these rules when necessary. Any amendment or modification
of these rules shall be binding on all cardholders and guest of the Club.

CARDHOLDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

A. Nature of Privilege
Oakridge Executive Club (the “Club”) is a business lounge designed to provide a unique and comfortable working
space for executives. The Club is owned and operated by Oakridge Realty Development Corporation (“Oakridge
Realty”). As the operator, Oakridge Realty retains the right to decide on all issues regarding admission,
termination of privileges, operations, and management of the Club. Oakridge Realty likewise reserves the
discretion to implement, revise, restrict, or otherwise control all aspects of the benefits and privileges granted to
a cardholder.

B. Club Card
1. Access to the Club and its Facilities is available to the public, however priority is given to loyal patrons of
Oakridge Business Park, who shall be granted the Oakridge Executive Club Elite Card (the “Club Card”).
2. The Club Card entitles the cardholder to privileges and benefits within Oakridge Business Park which are not
generally offered to the public, subject to the provisions of this Terms & Conditions and the Rules and
Regulations which shall be issued by Oakridge Realty from time to time.
3. Oakridge Realty shall have the exclusive right to identify, determine, and award the Club Cards. Cardholder
privileges are revocable at the discretion of Oakridge Realty .
4. Club Cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose name appears on the card.
5. By using the Club Card, the cardholder agrees to be bound by the Rules and Regulations of the Club and all
future amendments thereto.
6. The Club Card shall have a validity period of one (1) year from the date of the issuance and shall be renewable
at the option and sole discretion of Oakridge Realty.

C. Admission, Suspension, and Termination of Cardholder Privileges


1. In order to avail of the privileges and benefits of a cardholder, the Club Card should be presented upon
entering and prior to the use of the Club facilities. The Club Card may not be used for event/function room
bookings or in conjunction with other promotions.
2. The privileges of any cardholder may be suspended or terminated by Oakridge Realty at any time and at its
own discretion.
3. To ensure the highest levels of service and to maintain a suitable environment for its guests, Oakridge Realty
reserves the right to deny access to the Club to any person or party, for any reason it deems appropriate.
4. Foods and beverages from outside are allowed inside the Club, subject to applicable corkage charges. To

D. Guests
1. Guests of cardholders are welcome at the Club. Guests must always be accompanied by their host. Each guest
has a nominal cover charge which is consumable.
2. The cardholder shall be responsible for his guest's conduct within the premises of the Club and for all his
liabilities incurred in the Club.

E. Loss or Destruction of Property or Instances of Personal Injury
1. Each cardholder and each guest assume full responsibility for his or her property. Oakridge Realty shall not be
responsible for any loss or damage to any private property brought, used, or stored at the Club’s facilities.
2. Property or furniture belonging to the Club shall not be removed from the room in which it is placed or from
Club facilities. Every cardholder shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury at the Club,
or at any activity or function operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by the Club, caused by the
cardholder or his guest.
3. Cardholder shall indemnify and hold harmless, Oakridge Realty, Oakridge Realty Management, its directors,
officers, shareholders, partners, employees, affiliates, members, representatives, and agents from any and all
loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by the cardholder or his guests from any act
or omission of Oakridge Realty, Oakridge Realty Management, its directors, officers, shareholders, partners,
employees, affiliates, members, representatives, and agents.
4. Should any cardholder bring suit against Oakridge Realty for any claim and fail to obtain judgement therein
against them, the cardholder shall be liable to Oakridge Realty for all costs and expenses incurred by them in
the defense of such suit, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

F. Miscellaneous
1. Oakridge Realty shall have the right to identify and establish the hours of operation of the Club.
2. Oakridge Realty shall have the authority to establish, amend and modify the Rules and Regulations relating to
the use of Club facilities, as well as the privileges and benefits of the cardholders. Such Rules and Regulation,
and any amendment thereto shall be binding upon the cardholder. The Rules and Regulations shall be
published from time to time, as Oakridge Realty deems necessary.

BY SIGNING IN THE CONFORME SECTION BELOW, CARDHOLDER WARRANTS AND REPRESENTS THAT HE/SHE
HAS REVIEWED AND AGREED TO ABIDE BY THE OAKRIDGE EXECUTIVE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS
WELL AS CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS.
