TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PACKING/MOVING:

1) 30% (SGD) deposit from the total amount must be paid on the day of confirmation of the service agreement. Payment to be done via bank transfer, cash or cheque.

2) Balance payment can be made by cheque/cash upon completion of job on the day of packing/moving. All cheque to be make payable to "Rodex Movers & Storage Pte Ltd".
3) Please note that a signed/agreed quote and or a confirmation via email is deemed final and non amendable. Any subsequent changes to requirements of works are subject
to terms and price agreed upon on the signed quote.
4) Cancellation and changing date of packing/moving is 50% (SGD) of total invoice if less than 14 working days notice and 100% (SGD) of total invoice if within 48hrs notice.
5) Price quoted exclude admin fee and lift padding fees and/or any other additional surcharge for condo/building management (to be handle by customer).
6) All carton box/es are to be returned to Rodex Movers & Storage upon completion/ unpacked. Unreturned box/es is chargeable at SGD3 per piece
7) Admin fee of SGD$30.00 is applicable for all customers with direct cheque deposit into Rodex Movers & Storage Pte Ltd account.
8) Price quoted exclude spill over items, shuttling, long-push, Sunday/Public Holiday/After office hours, unless otherwise stated.
9) Price quoted exclude handling items through stairs unless otherwise stated. If any items cannot enter the lift and has to be carried by stairs is at SGD$10/-(weekdays)
and SGD$15/-(weekends) for 1 men per floor / level.
10) It is deemed necessary that you should take adequate insurance for your valuable, personal effects, equipment and furniture.
Declared monetary value of all your moving items must be in Singapore Dollar (SGD). (Premium subject to Insurance's Quotation)
The premium payable is 1.8% (SGD) of the declared value with a minimum premium of SGD180/-.(Excess subject to Insurance's Quotation)
Deductible amount is 1% (SGD) or minimum of SGD200/- of each and every claim whichever is higher.(Inclusion subject to Insurance's approval)
11) No insurance coverage for Works of Arts, Paintings, Antiques, money and jewelleries.
12) Insurance does not cover derangement of electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment.
13) For property, personal effects, equipment and furniture not insured, our maximum liability is 10% or SGD100.00 (whichever is lesser/lower base on moving fee, exclude
unpacking and any other add on services) per move / per invoice for any claim.
14) Insurance coverage only subject to the submission of attached insurance application check list, under all circumstances no claim will be entertained in the event of no
insurance check list submitted from client's of the above mentioned to Rodex Movers & Storage Pte Ltd.
15) Collection of empty boxes after unpacking must be arranged via email only.
Note :Insurance endorsement if required is at 1.8% (SGD) of the total declared value.
To fill up and submit the attached insurance check list 7 working days in advance.
Applicable only to those items wrapped/packed by Rodex Movers & Storage Pte Ltd, subject to Insurance's approval
IMPORTANT TO NOTE :
Please remove all valuable items before the day of the move such as cash, jewellery, important documents, handphone, handbag and small value goods that can be hand carried
Prices/costs indicated above are all in SGD unless otherwise stated or highlighted by clients to Rodex Movers.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR STORAGE:
1) One month deposit and one month upfront storage fee is payable by Customer (you) upon checking into Storage.
2) Customer (you) must pay the entire subsequent storage fee in advance for each month of storage.
3) A late payment fee of SG$25/- per month will be imposed to Customer (you) for payment not received within 3 days of due date.
4) The Owner (Rodex Movers & Storage Pte Ltd) may terminate the agreement if any Storage Fees or other money owing under this agreement are in arrears and unpaid for 7 days.
5) If payment is overdue for more than 7 days, your (Customer's) items will be disposed at your (Customer's) cost and all legal cost for the recovery of the disposal fee,
outstanding payment and late payment fee will be borne by you (Customer's).
6) No claims will be entertained to Customer (you) for items disposed irrespective of the nature and original cost of the items.
7) The Owner (Rodex Movers & Storage Pte Ltd) may forfeit the deposit and/or is authorized to without further notice, seize and then sell and/or dispose the goods.
8) Any payment made into wrong bank account or wrong payee name via cheque payment will be returned by cheque to you (Customer).
Customer (you) will have to arrange for repayment by stated due date.
9) There is no pro-rated fee for the storage, all payment to be charged according to per Calendar Month
10) Customer (you) with storage amount due must be payable up to date of termination.
11) 14 days written notice (via email) must be given by Customer (you) to redeliver items from storage (subject to slot availability).
12) A signed/agreed quote by Customer (you) is deemed final and non amendable. Any subsequent changes to requirements of works are subject to terms and price
upon on the signed quote.
13) Strictly no retrieval of items by Customer (you) during the periods of storage throughout the storage period.
14.) Any ad hoc retrieval of any items or item will be chargeable. Cost of retrieval will be quoted separately upon request.
15.) For security purposes, only staff of or personnel authorised by Rodex Movers & Storage Pte Ltd can perform any retrieval or enter storage premises.
16) The Customer (you) acknowledges and agrees that regardless of their nature and value, the Owner (Rodex Movers & Storage Pte Ltd) may without notice, by any means move or
dispose of the goods.
17) You (Customer) hereby declare that your (Customer's) items for storage are not stolen items, illegal items, illegal drugs, dangerous
chemicals, liquor, wine, perishable items, plants, counterfeit goods or of any nature contrary to Singapore Laws.
18) The Customer (you) or Party tendering the goods for storage undertake to insure and keep the goods insured against all risks whatsoever attendant upon storage.

19) Owner (Rodex Movers & Storage Pte Ltd) undertakes no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever to the goods store from any cause whatsoever, including
negligence, act or omission and on the part of the warehouse, its servants or agents.
20) In any event whatsoever, Owner (Rodex Movers & Storage Pte Ltd) liability shall not exceed to SG$1.00 per kilograms or SG$100.00 per storage contract, whichever is lesser,
whether the claim be in contract or "in tort".
