Greetings of solidarity!

This is to inform you that our DCP (DepEd Computerization Program) laboratory room has
been recently transferred to our Senior High School building. However, because of the hot
weather, the computers need adequate air conditioning to function properly. Additionally, we also
need air conditioning for our administrative office to provide a better atmosphere for our parents
and other stakeholders every time they visit our school.

Due to this, we would like to request five (5) window-type air conditioning units from your
good office for our DCP Laboratory room and for our administrative office. We would also like to
seek help for the installation cost of the said project.
