Weekly Delivery Log

 Log must be completed daily.


 After logging information, before leaving, move order(s) from "Ready" hook, to "Out for Delivery" hook.
 Place a check mark w/in the "DELIVERED" box after the delivery has been made.
 If the order needs an online confirmation, place a check mark win the "ONLINE" box after completed.
 "X" the box if online confirmation is not needed.
 At the end of the day, move orders to "Completed" hook (near cooler).
 Pay will be every Friday ONLY for completed & confirmed deliveries turned in BEFORE close each day.
