Finding Transport request

Hi All,

We all do lots of Customizing and some time we don,t remember the Transport Request Number.

We can go to SE01 or SE10 transaction and try to search by our User Name.

I thought to share some tables which are also useful to find the Transport Request.

If we go to SE11 and put E07* and press F4 it will give all tables related to Transport Request.

E070 ( Change & Transport System:Header of Request/Task)

you can find Transport Request from

1. Type of Request like Workbench or Customizing

2. Status of request like Modified or Released

3. Owner of Request

4. Date of Last Change

5.Last Changed at

E071K (Change & Transport System: Key Entries of Request/Task)

you can find request from

1. Program ID

2. Object Type

3. Table Name

4. Object name in Object List ( This is the one thing which we know as this is the config change
we have created in the request) field name is TABKEY

so lets say you are working on client 300 and you have created plant 2000 so the TABKEY entry
would be like 3002000.

E070CREATE (Change & Transport System: Creation Date of Request )

you can find request from

1. Date of Last Change

2. Last Changed at

3. Last Changed by

E070USE( Use of Current Requests by Users)

you can find request from

1. Username

2. Main Request ( ORDERNUM )

3. Sub Request ( TASKNUM )

Hope this helps to find Transport Request
