BUSINESS PROPOSAL

The essence of the project:


Processing of rice husk in animal feed (cattle, etc.)

Objective of the project:


To establish an Uzbek-Indonesian joint company for the construction in the territory of Indonesia,
plants for processing rice husk into animal feed.

Uzbek side:
- has a processing technology, patent advantage (it was handed over in Uzbekistan in May 2017, filed
with the PCT in April 2018, during this period 3 commissions were held by the patent office, which
did not reveal similarity with other methods, which gives today confidence in obtaining a patent in
soon )
-has a method of obtaining food.
-technological processes.
-List of the necessary equipment, with the selection of capacities for each type.
- Ingredient required in feed production.
- replies to feed safety analyzes from Uzbekistan and Japan (attached)
-the whole cycle of the experiment on cattle, which was conducted in 2017 and 2018, which show the
safety of eating cattle of this feed, the effect on the internal organs, meat and milk, as well as the
effectiveness of feeding and assimilation by animals.

Vision of cooperation:
-Uzbek side to enter with its technology, patent (plant project, business plan, marketing research
conducted so far) and wants to have a 30% stake in the joint venture for 10 years.
-And also with quality control during the entire period of joint activity.
- In the production cycle, an ingredient is used, which will be supplied for a fee by the Uzbek side.

Required by the partner:


-To have a production facility
-Have the possibility of financing this project.
- Engage in plant management (supply, production, sales)
-Give the opportunity to get acquainted with the management and production of our specialists, so that
we can clarify the details of the future profitability of the plant.
- To do everything possible on its part, so that the given production capacity does not decrease.

At the same time, we will not interfere in any way in the general management, as well as in positions
that are not the subject of our agreements (it is understood that our joint production will concern only
rice husk and its processing, quantity and quality of processing).

In our vision, the joint company will have a statutory fund consisting of 70% partner (all funding for
this project) and 30% of the Uzbek side (with its technology) for 10 years.
