The contractor shall closely coordinate with the SEC to install cables and transformers according to SEC's requirements and standards. All network points and feeders must have metering facilities and protection systems per SEC specifications. The contractor must also coordinate with SEC on interlocking and the sequence of operations according to specification 16342 for medium voltage switchgear.

Mv network coordination study:--

1. Contractor shall coordinate closely with SEC to provide and install cables (route, method of
installation including duct bank, no of cables) and 132KV SEC-STATION transformers to the 13.8 kv
switchgear.

2. The contractor shall closely coordinate with SEC for their entire requirement.

3. The main incoming feeders from sec shall have the analogue voltmeter, power factor meter and
analogue frequency meter in addition to microprocessor. All outgoing feeders shall have analogue
ammeter & voltmeter as depicted in the s/line diagram.

4. All network point to have metering facility as per SEC standard.

5. Power system has to have latest protection system as of SEC standard.

6. For Interlocking & sequence of operation contractor shall coordinate closely with SEC.

7. Refer to specification 16342 medium voltage switchgear for details.
