It is a low-cost multi-building residential drug de-addiction and rehabilitation center that can accommodate 96 inpatients and 30
outpatients and helps ex-drug users restart their lives and make it better through extensive programs of the said project.

D.PROJECT'S LONG RANGE OBJECTIVES

The proposed project aims to promote drug-free life for Pangasinenses and neighbouring provinces. It also aims to help ex-drug
users who are financially incapable to improve their lives and get some help. After 10 years of its intented life years, it aims to expand its
capacity to cater more people who needs professional help.
