In the spirit of Christianity celebrating the upcoming Christmas and Holiday season, we, the people of Poblacion
Public Market, Makati City, will be having our yearly Christmas / Year End Party this coming December 2018.

This event will be participated by all Poblacion Market store vendors and stall renters / owners together with their
families and friends. All members / attendees are legitimate residents of Makati City. This is just a one-day event which
will not affect the overall operation of Poblacion Public Market.

Note: We are providing three (3) target dates in case there were conflicts in Bus Schedule and Bus Availability

We are writing to your good office to request for sponsorship for our transportation for this event. May we
humbly request to borrow / lend the Makati City Bus or whatever facility we have available so we could save money
instead of renting a third-party Bus Operator which is indeed costly. We, the Poblacion Market people does not have
abundant financial resources unfortunately. We just want to celebrate this season and seek assistance from your good
office to make this event possible.

Our City Mayor and her constituents are known to be considerate and dedicated public servants that is why we
tried to reach out through this letter and seek guidance and assistance for our event.

Hoping for your kind consideration. You are all invited to this event, should you wish to come and join us!
