Sub: Amendment in the TA/DA rules of Rajasthan State Health Society

The Executive Committee in its 57th meeting held on 6th March, 2017 has approved Agenda no. 11 regarding
amendment in the TA/DA Rules of the Rajasthan State Health Society. Accordingly the TA/DA Rules for Chairman/Ex.
Secretary/Mission/ Addl. Mission Director, N.H.M/ JS-NHM/Project Director, N.H.M/Director (RCH)/ Director
(Finance)/officers on deputation, consultants & other staff, working in Rajasthan State Health Society, District
Health/Rural Health Societies, District, State Programme NUHM Committees and- IDSP, NLEP, NVBDCP, RNTCP,
NPCB, NMHP, NPHCE, NTCP， NPCDCS & Other Diseases control programme under the umbrella of NHM are
allowed to draw rates as mentioned below with w.e.f. 06.03.2017.

Notes:-
1. T.A./D.A. is not a Source of Profit.
2. Lodging Charges will be paid on production of bill issued by Circuit House/ ITDC/RTDC/Rajasthan House/Hotel.
3. Fixed charges will be paid: Actual for A. Rs. 100 for Ajmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Jaipur, Bikaner and Rs. 10 per
k.m. for other places and other categories.
4. Incidental Charges 15 paise per k.m. for A, and 10 paise per k.m. for B, C & D and 5 paise per km. for E & F
categories limited to one D. A. and 20% of Air Ticket limited one D.A.
5. For travel by Air the permission of the higher authority, not below Mission Director, will be obtained.
6. The rate of ITDC/RTDC/Circuit house/Rajasthan House/Hotels are inclusive of all taxes, A/c charges, TV and service
charges etc.
7. Ticket of Air, A.C seats, first class and Reservation in Ilnd sleeper, Deluxe Buses/VOLVO will be enclosed with the
bill and the No. of ticket will be mentioned in the Bill itself.
8. Cost of actual fare + Taxes only will be paid reimbursed.
9. Only Daily allowance will be allowed as per following.

10. Officers of State Govt, sent on tour for NHM work will be paid as per State Govt. Rules.
Car Taxi for travelling A.C. /Non A.C. will be used as per approval of the PHS/Mission Director. Employees of
category 4A’ are allowed to travel by own car at the rates fixed by State govt, in its rules.
These rates are superseded from all orders issued previously for this purpose.
