Associate Technical Architect - Development

MEASURE WEIGHTAGE
Practice Initiative contributions in building asset, accelerators and case
studies
1.Conduct daily Scrum Meetings - not more than 3 slippages per month
2. 100% Adherence to Scrum process
3. Estimate deviation not more than 10%

Initiate / conduct minimum of 2 Domain Trainings

Monthly update of Capability presentation
Publish White papers & blogs - 2 per quarter
Documentation, frameworks, IP, best practices etc - 2 per quarter

POCs/ Design Document / Proposed Solution - minimum 1 per quarter
Consultant service for Practice Initiatives - Minimum 1 project per
quarter
Consultant service / billablity from BU - Minimum 15 days per Quarter

Collect and track All Solutions, Proposals, Presentations for Sales team
to support solution development and sales closure.

- 90% On time delivery to sales team


- Not less than 3.5 feedback rating for any solution provided

Collect and track All Technical contribution to accounted practice.


- 90% On time delivery with recorded reports in JIRA
- Not less than 3.5 feedback rating for any solution provided
- Not less than 1 strategic intiative per quarted - completed with demo to
stake holders

Consultant service for BU - Minimum 1 project per quarter
100% Adherence to the SLAs(Issues should be resolved on time as per
the Practice Delivery timeline / for BU)

Minimum 2 hours spent in conducting Training with average feedback
not less than 3 per month.
Minimum 2 hours spent in attending Technical training per month with
training score not less than 80%
Create at least 1 Backup as Next Level Associate Technical Architect
