Time Reported – OOA 8:30 AM of October 16, 2018.

5. Who: Victim: Benidict Reyes, Filipino, male, single, 28 years old, and
resident of No. 23 Brgy.Tagpos, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija

Suspect: Fritz Montemor


Descriptions: About 5’5”, short-haired, with fair complexion

6. Why: Motive unknown

7. How: Investigation disclosed that on or about 11:10 PM of October 15,


2018, the victim was taken, unknown to him, to Anita Hotel in Cabanatuan
City, where the accused allegedly rape the victim by inserting something
into his anal opening. After the incident, the accused fled the scene of the
crime.

Distance: More or less 1 km from Cabanatuan City Police Station

Action Taken: Follow-up operation and intelligence gathering conducted


by trackers team of this station for arrest of suspect.
