On October 31st, the MCT observed the teacher's third lesson. The teacher organized the classroom into groups, wrote the learning objectives on the board, and prepared materials. The lesson about dividing into equal parts started at 11:00 AM. The students actively participated and seemed to enjoy the teacher's style of teaching through examples at the front of the class and having some students answer questions. The teacher assessed understanding through a worksheet, questions during the lesson, and a short quiz at the end. The teacher aims to make future activities more challenging.

Lesson reflection 3
On 31 of October, it was a third time my MCT come to observe me. At the
morning when I enter to the school I went to the classroom, and I organized the tables into six groups, I wrote the learning outcomes of the lesson on the board, prepared the activities sheet and the lesson plan. I started my lesson at 11:00 AM, so, my lesson. It was about Divide into equal parts. As usual, I begin my lesson by reviewing about how many processes that they took in mathematics, and I asked them what is the relationship between multiplication and division?, then I knew them about the division. The students were active with me during the lesson, and they like the way that I used to teach them. In every lesson that I taught my student, I like to teach them more than three examples in front of them, and I get some of the students to come and answer in front of the rest of the students, and I think it’s a perfect way that can the student understand better. Also, in this lesson, I assess my student by correct their worksheet while they do the activity and asking them some questions during the lesson to make sure that they understand the lesson well also I gave them by the end of the lesson short quiz. Finally, as I am a future teacher, I would like to make my activities more challenging for the next lesson.
