The lesson plan template provides details for a Kindergarten English lesson on comparing quantities using the terms "greater than", "less than", and "equal to". The objectives are for students to use these terms to compare groups of objects. Resources include a PowerPoint, boxes with different numbers of objects, and worksheets. Planned activities have students verbally comparing boxes, doing a matching activity without help, and answering questions. In her reflection, the teacher felt student movement and hands-on activities worked well but behavior issues disrupted the lesson. She plans to improve classroom management and organization for the next lesson.

Post Lesson Reflection
Overall aim and context of the lesson – (Brief description)

My aim is teaching english, at the first welcoming the students then showing them a video about the
lesson because I think visuals stick in the minds more than anything else so I like to start my lesson
with a short video after the video I start ask them about the video to share information, I started the
lesson with a short presentation if they can ask during the presentation about the lesson.

Choose two aspects from the competency areas to evaluate and discuss (one paragraph each)
according to following:

Discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze why you think it worked well about the
successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.

activity: the practices that involve moving and putting there hand in, was the most effective because they had
fun while learning like, objects box.

Discuss an aspect identified by YOU that requires attention. Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and
what action you intend to take to be more successful in the next lesson.

The students were noisy and one of them hit his friend he start crying and I did something wrong which is I
stopped the lesson to deal with the situation I learned that I have to work in managing the students behaviour.

Consider your classroom management?

It was good but it should be organised more, and i have to work on the reinforcements to keep the
students under my control I have to be at the level of children. There was a mistake in transition they
don't know in which group they are So I put random groups and also when I asked them to stand in
line to go to the activity they were very annoying and hyper so i have to train them.

Did you archive your objectives? Did the children learn? How do you know this?

Not all of them, in the classroom I want to be very organisedSo I must work hard to make the class
organised. Yes, they learned and after the lesson they were saying some words and asked me if this is
correct or not and they want to water the plant because it needs water.

Personal Focus for next Lesson:

In the next lesson I will focus on being organised and Calm down my nerves and tension also being
more creative in the lesson by doing a game or activity to attract children's attention،
