Sir,
Despite several reminders followed by discussion in the last review meetings dated
14.11.2018, action taken report on black spots for the year 2016 and for the year 2017 have not
been received from you till date. You are aware that the Supreme Court Committee on Road
safety and the Lead Agency are closely monitoring the development in the issues relating to
safety matters.

Therefore you are requested to submit the action taken report on implementation of
adequate safety measures taken at all the identified black spots of 28 Nos. for the year 2016
and 112 Nos. for the year 2017 including repeated black spots as per list at Annexure-II & III
by December 03, 2018 in the enclosed format at Annexure-I.

This may be treated as MOST URGENT.
