Please refer to tender submitted by you on 28/06/2012 for the SBI’s captioned
works. We are pleased to inform you that your tender for the above mentioned
work has been accepted by our clients State Bank of India at the rates quoted by
you for a total cost of Rs. ___________ (Rupees
_________________________ only) inclusive of all taxes & cess.

You are requested to call on us to execute the formal agreement within 15 days
from the date of receipt of the LOA or the date of handing over the site whichever
is later.

You are requested to submit Initial Security Deposit less EMD amounting to Rs.
_____________ (Rs. __________Less Rs. ___________ ) by means of Demand
Draft drawn in favour of State Bank of India within a period of 15 days.

You are also requested to start the work at once in consultation with us and the
Bank. Please note that the time allowed for completion of work is 24 months,
which shall be reckoned from 15th day of receipt of this letter or date of handing
over the site whichever is later. You are advised to take over the site
immediately.

Please note that time will be the essence of the contract.

You are further requested to take out necessary insurance covers, indemnity
bonds, labour permissions at your cost in terms of clause 26,27 & 46 of the
general conditions of the contract.

Please acknowledge receipt of this letter.
