This study aims to identify techniques classroom teachers can use to manage disruptive student behavior at Bankal National High School. Specifically, it seeks to understand the common disruptive behaviors, techniques teachers currently use to address them, how teachers control disruptive behaviors, and factors influencing student behavior. The researcher will use a quantitative descriptive method to discover disruptive behaviors and strategies used. They will distribute standardized checklists to teachers to collect information on behaviors and management techniques. The goal is to help teachers better understand factors related to disruption, their impact on learning, and effective intervention strategies.

Problem

The aim of this study is to identify the techniques to be applied by the classroom
teachers in managing with the disruptive behavior of the learners in Bankal National
High School.
Specifically, the study seeks to answer the following questions:
1. What are those common disruptive behaviors of the learners?

2. What techniques do teachers utilize in managing the common disruptive behavior of


the learner ? to what extent?
3. How teachers control those disruptive behaviors of the learners?
4. What are the factors that affect the behavior of the students in the classroom?
4.1 Student Factor
4.2 Teachers Factor
4.3 Environmental Factors (Classroom Environment)
Usefulness of the teachers:

Teachers, for they could be attained the factors affiliated with disruptive behavior,

the output to school performance of their students, and correct intervention to help

them. And also be able to know those techniques to utilize in the classroom and in

managing disruptive behavior of the learners. Teachers will apply this in a classroom,

which is sometimes in a teacher’s discussion there is always situation the learners

distract the class. This situation can distract the discussion of a teacher. As a teacher,

he/she have a credibility to control the environment in the classroom and learners.
Methodology

This research is quantitative kind of study that used descriptive design. The goal

is to discover a common disruptive behavior of the students in Bankal National High

School, the different strategies in dealing with disruptive behavior of the students

including the factors causes the disruptive behavior of the students.

Descriptive study is kind of research method that used to know the current

situation of a person or status of an object and it is used to represent on what is in

existence, it is also used in gathering data.


Conclusion

In the result of the statistics and findings of the study, the researchers pointed the

following conclusions:

The study showed the whole performance of the secondary school teachers in

managing disruptive classroom behavior is pleasing as they use constructive

techniques to control the classroom disruptive behavior. They avoid students towards

disruptive in a mannerly way rather than in a cruel way.

The study covered that certain of the techniques were not more effective

particularly to the kind of the learners nowadays.


The summary of findings was all about the techniques in managing with

disruptive behavior. The researcher applied a descriptive quantitative method of

research in conducting the study. there are selected teachers from Grade 7 to Grade 10

in Bankal National High School as a respondent of our study. It consists of 40% of the

total population. A standardized checklist and a self-made checklist were used in

collecting information. The researchers made a modification that are cited in the study.
