Management Trainee Selection Criteria’s

Every candidate appearing for TCS CBO needs to be checked on the below mentioned criteria’s:

Education criteria:

1) TCS BPS will only hire students pursuing flagship courses offered by the Institute (2 year Full time
MBA/PG Courses)

2) Non-engineers - Student needs to have 60 % or above in every educational year from class 10 th
standard onwards and overall 60% aggregate in all educational year.

3) Engineers - Student needs to have 60 % or above in every educational year from class 10th standard
onwards and overall 60% aggregate in all educational year.

4) Candidate having Education gap of more than 2 years cannot apply for TCS CBO.

5) Candidates having back-logs in any of their semesters are not eligible to apply for TCS CBO.

Other Criteria

6) Candidates should be willing to relocate to any part of India.

7) Candidates should be willing to work in shifts including night shifts.

Request you to ensure that all interested students register in TCS campus portal before the scheduled aptitude
date.

Steps to Register:

· Registration on TCS BPS the Campus Portal is mandatory

· Students must register as campus applicants in TCS (BPS) section only and under the college’s name

· They will have to update highest qualification as “Management Post Graduates” and generate a
CT/DT Reference Number
· Candidates are requested to fill the Application Form and provide a hard copy of the same for the placement
process.
