2) The Unit Officers Concerned will relieve the Deputy Superintendents of Police /
Assistant Commissioners of Police immediately after making necessary additional charge
arrangements with instructions to assume charge of the new posts forthwith and report
compliance to Chief Office.
3) If the transferee enters on leave on medical grounds they should be referred to
Medical Board without waiting for any instructions from Chief Office.
4) The date of relief and joining of the Deputy Superintendents of Police/ Assistant
Commissioners of Police should be reported to Chief Office immediately'
