The Uchiwa armchair takes its shape from a traditional Japanese hand fan. It has a hard plastic shell with surprisingly soft down padding inside. The armchair comes in two upholstered versions - soft down or molded foam. The legs come in natural or stained oak finishes. A variety of fabric and color options are recommended for customizing the armchair.

open shape from the traditional Japanese hand fan.
Generous and inviting, Uchiwa’s hard plastic shell
has surprisingly soft down padding inside.
The armchair comes in two upholstered versions,
soft down and moulded foam. The legs come in
natural or stained oak.
