Covers the whole process of installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair, various lock card issuance, door
lock recording, acquisition and analysis of smart card door locks. The hotel smart card door lock can be managed in
a unified manner according to the area, floor and room number, so that the card can open the door lock of the
specified range within a specified time period.

Click “System Parameters” → “System Settings” in the menu bar to select “Guest ID”, you can add and

easier.
Click “System” → “System Operator Settings” to set up a total system administrator with all permissions.
Other module administrators assign permissions and save permissions according to actual conditions.

Note: The guest card cannot set the door lock of the existing system information. To reset the door lock, first
clear the information in the door lock with the clear card. The blue light is on and a beep indicates that there is

select the floor to be set, and issue a floor opening card. This floor opening card is locked once when the door lock

The number of cards issued can be entered manually. If the room does not send all the cards (two rooms can
be sent in one room, only one is actually sent), the room status is displayed as not full; if the cards are sent out, the

Clicking on the card will prompt you to issue the card successfully.
Select the room where the card is to be issued. Click the “Individual check-in” button and enter the guest
registration information (or select “Front Desk” → “Distribute the Open House Card”), issue the guest

5.1.11Reset Card
Issue the reset card, enter the cardholder's name and click “Issue Card”.
Function: If the time is reversed, touch the door lock with the reset card to open and close the door normally.
If the door is issued, the time is misadjusted to a certain time in the future, the door lock cannot be opened. At this
time, the door lock is touched with the reset card, and the guest can open the door card again.
