Patient : Yes nurse, please call me Iqbaal

Nurse : I need to do your vital sign is that okay?

Patient : Ok,

Nurse : Can I take your temperature first?

Patient : Sure

Nurse : I will put the thermometer under your tongue to take your

temperature

Patient : Ok

Nurse : Right it is 38 degrees your temperature is bit high

Patient : Yes I feel bit sweaty

Nurse : Let me take your blood pressure and pulse now

Patient : Ok , my blood pressure is usually normal

Nurse : I have got the digital monitor here I will wrap the cuff around

your upper arm first ,there we are now I will tur on the monitor and

take your blood pressure

Patient : Okay

Nurse : Your blood pressure is 120 over 80 , actuaaly normal

Patient : Nurse , what should I do is high temperature?

Nurse : You should drink water a little but often , compress wit hot water

and lot of rest ,

Patient : Sure ,

Nurse : Wait for two minutes doctor Aldi will come here
Patient : Ok nurse

Nurse :There I will go Mr Iqbaal , I hope you’re feeling more comfortable

and get well soon
