BACKGROUND OF THE INFORMATION SYSTEM PROJECT

Computerization system plays an important role especially in quickly processing

of data or venturing rendering services. Once we adapt the high technology which is run

out by computer more people or clients will be satisfied especially if we are dealing the

business the process will not take long. Aside from that the cost savings for the

organization, since manual labor of order taking can be replaced by the computer

system.

Olivarez College is using the manual system as the automobile enter the school

campus. They are using the wood bars as the vehicle pass. The security guard pull the

lever up when they saw the sticker as the identification for the said vehicles. It is time

consuming to see it if the vehicles have the school sticker. It well make clients felt

sometimes wasting their time make them hassle to wait a minutes before they pass.

Since in this type of system is time consuming we plan to upgrade it. By using

the Electronic parking system the costumer easily enter the school without the human

help. Through this we can have security and fastest services.

As the computer students in Olivares College we view different strategy to share

our knowledge in a small way but quality inside the school campus. As far as we know

that technologies typically considered as part of include bar codes, Radio Frequency

Identification (RFID).
 We believe that in the way of making a system in electronic parking we can

easily recognized the registered vehicles in getting information about them and entering

that data or feeding it directly into computer systems without any human involvement.

The technology acts as a base in automated data collection, identification and analysis

systems worldwide. RFID has found its importance in a wide range of markets including

livestock identification and Electronic parking systems because of its capability to track

moving objects.

Human have always dreamed of ways to do things better, cheaper, faster and

quality. There progress is measures by the sophistication of his tools which are

fascinated in computer. We need to utilize the capabilities of modern technology to

share others as well as to the society in which we belong. To help accomplish as task

speedily and accurate so that they can be more productive and offer much better

services.

System Project Context

The Electronic Parking System enables to help the security of property. Through the

use of this system many business organization can secure their property, time and

labor. This system helps to monitor the vehicles that are registered for the said

institution. They claim the processing per vehicle that can accommodate the parking

without hassles and time consuming compared for the current system.

It also helps the school adopt the computerized technology that is existing nowadays. It

is accessible for all the clients and visitors which want to visit our schools. Through this
system drivers are not hassle their self to communicate the human help in order to

access the place.

By using the Electronic Parking System it well help the school to facilitate vehicles base

to those who are registered. It helps them not taking long of their process to enter the

vehicles inside the school campus.

This system are accessible to everyone they just only registered. No time consuming

happen security and faster services well rendered to our visitors, faculty, students and

staff who have their own wheels. It helps the organizations known especially when they

adapt the Electronic parking service. The customer satisfaction was beyond the

establishment.

Rational of the System Project

The researchers proposing this kind of system for the reason that they can help the

existing system to upgrade and being computerized. It is convenient to use to those

who have vehicles without any hassle to wait the security guard to open the wood bar

before they can enter inside the school campus. It also helps to secure all the vehicles

in or out inside the campus. It helps to monitor all the registered vehicles for the said

establishment. It helps the operations fast and quality services to our security guard

who is assigned for that area. They don’t need to look at the vehicles stickers because it

already process through computerized. To labor many guard is not necessary because

the proposing system will fill up the needs without the human help.

Goals and Objectives of the Project

The main goal of Electronic Parking system is the following: (1) first, to help to monitor

the exact time of in and out of the vehicles in school ny the help of the computerized

system; (2) the security of property for the users and keep the records of every

registered vehicles ;( 3) The last is the fast and quality services because it can track the

information concerning the record of every registered vehicles.

The main objectives of Electronic Parking System are: (1) first, to ensure that all the

vehicles are registered for the said establishment ;(2) lessen the labor of security guard;

(3) And monitor all the vehicles which were in and out for the school campus.(4) To

design and develop the existing system that are being use.
Related Literature and Study

In order to fully understand the concepts and issues that are important to a transit

planning proposal of this sort, a substantial theoretical basis must be developed. For

this portion it helps the reader and users to know and understand what the system is all

about. By the help of this related literature they gain the importance of our system which

is Electronic parking system.

According to Singapore’s Housing and Development Board is set to begin

implementing an Electronic Parking System (EPS) to regulate traffic at the congested

Holland Village car park on 22 September. The Electronic Parking System (EPS)

enables the settlement of parking fees without parking tickets and cash. The driver

doesn’t have to open the window to take a ticket or to pay the charge, and the vehicle

can pass through the entrance/exit gates without having to stop.

Every system has each own category they are in the same function but in different

ways. Tracking an object for a certain place especially for the private property well help

for the place secure, fast services.

As the technology is increasingly used in everyday environments, there is a heightening

tension in the design and shaping of social boundaries in the digitally enhanced real

world. Information is socially disclosed and viewed by others, dynamically negotiate

their privacy boundaries, and automate of certain information disclosure processes.

Data in security is very important mosltly in businesses.This types of system was made

possible by the use of technology. It is the way to protect private and confidential

information from the unauthorized users. system security means the collective

processes and mechanisms by which sensitive and valuable information and services

are protected from publication, tampering or collapse by unauthorized activities or

untrustworthy individuals and unplanned events respectively.

Statement of the Problem

In this study the proponent would like to contrast the both existing Manual and the

proposed Computerized RFID System. Particularly the respondents should be able to

answer the following:

Time consuming in looking up the company stickers. The security guard need to

look up the vehicles if it has a company sticker that make the vehicles owner irritate or

hassle before they can enter the school campus especially when they are in hurry.

Delay processing of the system. Since they are using the manual system the

costumer need to have their own stickers no sticker no entry.

Not flixible by the users. If you don’t have the stickers you need to approach

the human help who are in-charge in the security department in-order to them to enter

inside the campus.

Security. Ever since they are using the manual system the security of property is not

totally one hundred percent. If some problem arises like car napping they can cannot
monitor the time in which the vehicles exactly inside or out the school premises.

Scopes and Constraints

The researchers focused only the primary problem with the institution of what probably

used in the existing system. The researchers needs to analyzed that in order to com-up

some information or idea needed for the proposal system. The Electronic parking

system is located at the security department from where the vehicles pass that are

already registered to our system. The security department as well as the Head of the

department are responsible to carry it out and can access for the system. The security

guard assigned in the premises of the security head department one who will in take in

charge to monitor if all the passed vehicles are registered.

The researchers have a limitation on how she/he can handle the system is only inside

Olivares Security department in which the vehicles pass. To become fair side by side in

order for them not to hurt anyone.

Significance, Benefits and Impacts

The researchers purpose of this study is to have the accurate time monitoring and

registration for all the vehicles using the Electronics Parking System. Were looking

forward to help our school facilities more improvements compare to the existing system

that they are using.

To the vehicles owners. It is the way that we can have fast and quality services that

are rendered to you as our livid costumers and users. This is way that we can gain your

satisfaction in terms of services.

progress of a man that time to time is being developed by technology. The upgrading of

technology is very important.

Definition of Terms

vehicles are manufactured (e.g. bicycles, cars, motorcycles, trains, ships, boats, and

aircraft).

Technology. Is the usage and knowledge of tools, techniques, crafts, systems or

methods of organization.

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a technology that allows automatic

identification of objects, animals or people by incorporating a small electronic chip

on its "host". Data is stored on this chip and can then be "read" by wireless

devices, called RFID readers.
