TRANSACTION OF A SINGLE EMPLOYEE AT MS:-

With respect to the designation and loactions of the employees in MS, the amount loaded in the
company wallet would be added or removed according to the HR policies of different loactions as
required by the company will be completely customised by HungerBox in the app itself.

If the FTE count increases by more than 10% PAN India in future a discount of 0.1% in the
transaction fee can be given by HB to MS

Commercial of Microsoft:-

1. Software and hardware:- 3% transaction fee on the following:-


a.) Total amount loaded on FTE’s of MS PAN India (irresepective of the consumption)
b.) Total amount spend in the cafes through employee personal wallet (this includes CWF’s
and FTE’S
c.) Snack counting is also treated as transaction by HP

2.) RFID cards 16 per card

3.) payment gateway charges 2.0%

4.) SSO and HID integration

5.) Site supervisor

6.) HID readers and other consumables


SATVA :-

 Facility services and feedbacks

 Aminities bookings

COMMERCIAL OF SATVA

1.) The actual product cost is 330000 which is discounted by 13% = 285000
2.) Hardware 614800
3.) Running cost 30000
4.) Additional cost 0.5% on actuals
5.) Onboarding trainings and launch cost 125000
6.) AMC of the system 30,000 monthy 360000 annual
CERNER

Customization for Cerner

 One tap app based ordering (the authenctication of the employee is going to be on
the same credentials that is for that of the company’s other facilities)

 Additional customization (for the employees located in the Indian sites of the
cafeterias have a different way of authentication as that of the international
employees which can be customized by and in the hungerbox app)
