8. DEFECT : DEFECT 7 REFERRED. THE COLUMN WAS MEASURED AND THE
HARD CONCRETE ONLY 225mm AND AFTER THAT WAS CEMENT
ONLY.

9. DEFECT : ALL SWITCH AT KITCHEN HAVE BEEN RECTIFED BUT NOT


SATISFACTORY. HACK AND REDO TO A PROPER LEVEL.
Door frame defect.

10. DEFECT : DOOR FRAME DEFECT AT ROOM DOWNSTAIRS HAS NOT BEEN
RECTIFIED. CURE OR REPLACED THIS DEFECT.

11. DEFECT : SLIDING DOOR FRAME DAMAGE AT DOWNSTAIRS HAS NOT


BEEN RECTIFIED.
12. DEFECT : RECTIFICATION WORK ON TILES NOT DONE.

13. DEFECT : COLUMN AT LIVING ROOM WAS BULKING AND NOT RECTIFIED.
14. DEFECT : DEFECT AT STORE ROOM HAS BEEN RECTIFIED BUT THE
FINISHING WORK NOT SATISFIED.

PLEASE RECTIFIED.

20. DEFECT : WATER MARK APPEAR DUE TO ROOF NOT PROPER INSTALL AT
ROOM UPSTAIRS.
21. DEFECT : CRACK STILL VISIBLE AT ALL ROOM. PLEASE PROVIDE A
PROPER METHOD.

22. DEFECT : TILES DAMAGE HAS NOT BEEN CHANGE.


23. DEFECT : SEWERAGE PIPE AT BATHROOM UPSTAIR WAS NOT INSTALLED
CORRECTLY AS WIRING SYSTEM WAS VISIBLE.

24. DEFECT : WHITE PAINT WAS VISIBLE ON MASTER BEDROOM DOOR.

27. DEFECT : CRACK VISIBLE AFTER RECTIFIED. PLEASE REDO THIS
SECTION.

28. DEFECT : MASTER BED ROOM BATHROOM SEWERAGE PIPE BLOCK. NO


WATER INSTALL YET BUT SEEM THAT THE WATER WAS NOT
DISCHARGE AS SEWERAGE SYSTEM FAILURE.
29. DEFECT : RECTIFICATION WORK ON TILES WAS DONE BUT NOT
SATISFIED.

30. DEFECT : RECTIFICATION WORK ON SLIDING DOOR FOR BOTH INSIDE


AND OUTSIDE AT DOWNSTAIR AND UPSTAIR WAS DONE. BUT
THE METHOD IS UNSATISFACTORY.
31. DEFECT : DAMAGE/BLACK SPOT VISIBLE AT THE EDGE OF THE VERANDA
FRAME.

32. DEFECT : ALL THE SCREW AT ROOF WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALL AND
WATER MARK OF SCREW WAS VISIBLE AT CAR PORCH
CEILING.
