nominal size graded hard granite stone aggregate
obtained from approved quarry including compaction,
finishing top surface to level, curing but excluding cost of

per approved design mix proportions conforming to latest
IS 10262 with minimum cement content for durability
including supplying and providing concrete cover blocks
etc., which shall be followed as per latest IS:456-2000
including mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating,
compaction, finishing to required levels, curing etc.,
complete all as per specifications but excluding cost of
form work and steel reinforcement. Rate to include labour
for keeping embedments if any wherever required while
casting. Rate also to include lift charges and scaffolding
for all depths/ levels from FFL / GL.

The design mix proportions shall clearly indicate cement :


Graded Manufactured Sand : coarse aggregate : water
cement ratio and approval shall be obtained from
Engineer-in- charge for initial and subsequent mixes as
and when there will be change in quarry / materials for M-
30 grade reinforced cement concrete, etc. all work up to

A08 Providing & laying in position machine batched, machine .

form work and steel reinforcement. Rate to include labour
for keeping embedments if any wherever required while
casting. Rate also to include lift charges and scaffolding

welding, the procedure, selection, test and inspection
shall conform to provisions in IS 816, IS 818, IS 822, and

plinth protection in panels not exceeding 3sqm per panel
using graded hard granite stone aggregate including
providing necessary formwork, making 10mm wide
grooves in panels for depth of 1/3 rd of thickness of
pavement or 40mm which ever is more and filling the
grooves with approved hot poured sealing compound
confirming to grade A or B of IS-1834, consolidation,
curing and treatment for the top with broom finish, etc;
complete all as per specifications, Mix ratio specified is
for (cement: Manufactured sand: graded stone
aggregate).

5.50 i) Using 20mm nominal size aggregate In CC 1:3:6 CUM

A15 550.00 Providing and laying cement concrete interlocking paver SQM
blocks flooring using approved shape, size and colours
with required combination of colours of blocks having
55mm thick load bearing strength not less than M-20
grade manufactured by M/s. Heeralal / M/s. Vissco or
equivalent, close jointed over bed of 75mm thick
Manufactured sand to a tight pattern, laid to proper line
and level including bedding down the completed surface
with a plate vibrator or by firmly topping level with mallet
and a large flat piece of timber, finishing by brushing
clean dry sand over the surface to fill all the joints
thoroughly including fixing the edge restraint laying blocks
etc., complete all as per manufacturers specifications and
directions of Engineer in charge. (Rate to include cost of
paver blocks, sand and labour etc.). The arrangement of
pattern of blocks shall be as per architectural drawings.

A16 Providing and laying Indian patent stone flooring with


cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 Manufactured sand: 4
graded stone aggregate) using graded granite stone
aggregate obtained from approved quarry laid to level or
slope in bays not exceeding 3sqm per panel including
providing 3mm thick Aluminium dividing strips to the full
depth of the flooring and finished smooth, curing, etc;
complete all as per specifications.

A19 Plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar using river


sand/M-sand specified below, finished rough including
mixing of admixtures of Ceraplast LMP at 200ml/50kg or
equivalent, scaffolding, curing, etc; complete for
EXTERNAL SURFACES inclusive of sills, jambs, soffits,
ceilings, etc; complete all as per specifications at all
heights/levels above GL. Mix specified is for cement :
coarse sand. NOTE : i) CM 1:3 OR CM 1:4 is generally
applicable for ceilings and RCC surfaces unless
otherwise specified.

565.00 A) With C.M. 1:4. SQM

A20 565.00 Painting external plastered surfaces with two or more SQM
coats of 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved
make and colour (ULTIMA PROTEK (Top coat) of Asian
paints or equivalent) over a coat of suitable water
proofing primer and base coat specified by manufacturer
having protection against fungal growth, flaking, fading,
alkali and UV degradation and to give an even shade with
required finish including cleaning the surfaces, filling the
crevices with approved filler, scaffolding, curing, etc.,
complete all as per specifications.

finishing, curing, etc; IN BED BLOCKS, ANCHOR
BLOCKS, WINDOW CILLS, COPING BLOCKS, etc; up to
floor-V level complete all as per specifications. Mix ratio
specified is for (cement:Graded Manufactured
Sand:graded stone aggregate) The work includes
providing throating/ drip mould whereever required as per
standard engineering practice of size not be less than
40mm X 15mm. The rate is inclusive for making drip
mould & no extra cost will be paid for.

ceilings and RCC surfaces unless otherwise specified.

80.00 I) With C.M. 1:5. SQM

B08 100.00 Supplying and fixing Stainless steel chain link fencing to SQM
FRP poles using SS 304 chain link fencing tied to the
post with 25x2.5mm SS flats using necessary SS screws
etc. including providing 10g SS wire horizontally at top
and bottom, cost of all materials required for the work,
etc; all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge using SS
chain link fencing of size 3" x3"x 12g. Note: The rate is
excluding the cost of SS flats which will be measured
elsewhere as a separate item.

B09 50.00 Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position FRP poles MTR
of potruded profile square pipe 50x50x5mm of M/s.
Everlast or equivalent including cutting, hoisting, fixing in
position all as per approved drawings and specifications
at all heights.

B10 Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position Stainless


steel works (SS 304) in single sections including cutting,
hoisting, fixing in position using screws etc. complete all
as per drawings and specifications at all heights.
