1. Are the floors and ceilings clean and free from dust, cobwebs and other dirt?

2. Is the computer laboratory well ventilated and well illuminated?

3. Is the air conditioning equipment clean and functioning well?

4. Is the mock bar properly cleaned and dusted?

5. Are the bar tools and equipment properly cleaned and stored?

6. Are the glassware properly cleaned, polished and stored?

7. Are the bar supplies such as ingredients are properly stored and segregated?

8. Are the whiteboards clean?

9. Are the chairs properly arrange?

10. Are the multimedia projector and computer place in the designated area?

11. Are the first aid box content properly checked and replenished?

12. Are the electrical cables and outlets properly checked for power supply?

13. Are there any available receptacles for waste? Are the waste materials properly
segregated and disposed?

Remarks:
Bar laboratory is ready for competency based training.
