GR. 9 - ST. ELIZABETH
CLASSIC BLT SANDWICH (4 SERVINGS)

INGREDIENTS
• 1⁄2 lb bacon
• 8 slices white bread
• 8 leaves iceberg lettuce, fresh and full
• 8 slices of ripened tomatoes
• 8 tablespoons mayonnaise

STEPS
• Cook bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
• Toast the 8 slices of bread.
• Spread 1 tablespoon mayo on each slice of toasted
bread.
• Add 1 slice of lettuce to 4 pieces of mayo-spreaded
toast.
• Add 2 slices of tomato on top of lettuce.
• Arrange 3 slices of bacon evenly on top of tomato.
• Add 1 slice of lettuce on top of bacon.
• Put the remaining 4 pieces of mayo-spreaded toast on
top to finish the sandwiches.
EGG SANDWICH (8 SERVINGS)

Ingredients
• 8 egg
• water as required
• 6 teaspoon butter
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon mustard paste
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 12 bread slices


STEPS
• Take a deep-bottomed pan and add enough water to it
along with eggs. Let the eggs boil for 10 minutes. After the
eggs boil, drain water and let the eggs cool a little before
you start peeling and chopping the eggs.
• Now peel and chop eggs. Take a bowl and add egg,
mayonnaise, salt, mustard paste to the bowl and mix
thoroughly. Stir in pepper to the mixture.
• Take a bread slice, spread butter on it and add the egg
mixture on the bread. Cover it up with the other bread
slices.
