5 Pushups + 5 AbCrunches
10 Pushups +10 AbCrunches
15 Pushups + 15 AbCrunches
20 Pushups + 20 AbCrunches
25 Pushups + 25 AbCrunches
Doing altogether in a circuit manner or like a giant set means
doing all in a row without any rest.
