Re: Reiterate Letter dated October 22, 2018 and request for inclusion for
compensation of other structures.

Know all men by these presents:

Greetings!

We would like to reiterate our claim that all structure that will be affected by
road widening will be compensated. Accordingly, We would like to request
that all steel Materials and Steel Gate will be included in the compensation
for the road widening.

We appeal that this office will be considerate. This office should fully
compensate the total value of the structure. The reasoning that some
materials can be recycled cannot be given merit considering that the area
where the gate is erected will be affected, will also mean that the area
retained by us will also be affected. We cannot built the same structure of
gate using the same materials. The structure to be built will be different
because we have to consider the area left to us. The grills cannot be
recycled because the national road and our house will now be near to each
other, hence, it will affect our safety and security if the same structure will
be built using the recycled materials.

The following are the breakdown of other structure and materials that were
not included in the computation;

A. Steel Gate
B. Steel Bar of the Fence
C. Septic Tank
Furthermore, We would like to bring to your attention and to clarify whether
or not our area will be included or will be affected by road widening
considering that the marker of the DPWH was placed outside of our area.
However, we received a letter stating that our area was included or will be
affected by road widening.

Wherefore, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed before this


office that the said structures/ materials mentioned above will be included
and be fully compensated.
