Detorque Nozzle
- In general the synthetic filament yarn has no twist or

very low twist. But after proceed next steps the yarn

has become one direction. Twist lets assume yarn

was false twisted into S-direction.

The S-twist false twist yarn moves to second heater where torque force

is reduced by de-torque nozzle

The parameters that control the de-torque are :
* air pressure
* over feed % through second heater.
* heater temperature
* yarn speed

Aspirators (Yarn suction guns) are most commonly used.

There are various kind of model such as for high speed, low speed,
heavy denier yarn and static model etc.
For every application model should be selected as required depending on application to optimize on
air consumption.

Using higher air consumption model is obviously will lead to wastage.
