T&C for pricing plan: All plans are valid for 1 year from the date of subscription. Each plan includes predefined value added services (annexure). All value added
services to continue irrespective of trading volume or brokerage paid by the customer. The plan is inclusive of rebate on brokerage (inclusive of service tax) paid to the
extent of subscription fees during the validity of the plan. Upgrade of plan during the validity period will require customer to pay entire value of new selected plan and
any brokerage rebate pending from existing plan will be carried forward to the new plan. The default plan has no validity. Opening of accounts under Default plan will
attract account opening fee of Rs. 950. On expiry of tenure, if the customer does not subscribe to a fee-based plan, the default plan would be applicable. There will be
no refund of subscription fee once paid. The plan may be terminated if circumstances beyond our control arise due to the regulatory directions or discretion, etc. This
subscription plan is integral part of the KYC documents executed by the client.
