Nancy Normal drove a steak knife into Carleton Comet's neck, killing him. Fingerprint, ink, blood, DNA and other evidence link Nancy to the crime. Comet vs.

Normal
At 19:35 on the night of February 14, 2019, Nancy Normal drove a large steak
knife into the back of Carleton Comet’s neck. Comet was pronounced dead at
20:00 when police reported to the scene.
Background
● Carleton Comet was recently released from prison and changed his name.
● On February 14, 2019, Comet decided to hold a celebration of his release
with friends, Nancy Normal, Theresa Terra, Fred Flimmer, Sam
Sophomore and Glen Glee
● 19:36 CC was found with a steak knife in the back of his neck
● 20:00 CC was pronounced dead. NN had claimed to cut her hand on
broken glass.

❖ A fingerprint found on the handle of the knife


❖ Fingerprint has a left facing loop
❖ Nancy Normal’s fingerprint has a left facing loop
❖ Out of all suspects, only one matches the one on the knife
Ink Chromatography

❖ At the crime scene a note was found that stated “you are a dead man” in
pen.
❖ There were three pens taken from the suspects
❖ Ink chromatography showed the pigments of the pen on the note
❖ The pen used on the note matches the chromatography on Nancy Normal
and Sam Sophomore’s pen

Analysis
Motives

Nancy Normal was able to find out that Carleton Comet is the same man
as Thomas Sandstone. Thomas Sandstone had murdered Fred’s (The man
Nancy loves) sister Peebles and Mother. Out of revenge for Fred, and due
to her mental issues, she killed Carleton Comet with the intentions to
gain Fred’s admiration.

Thomas Sandstone - leaves home at young age, had many affairs, type O
blood, has kids with many women

Carleton Comet - fled home at a young age, had many affairs, Type O blood,
changed his name when released from prison, had children with many women
Conclusion

Nancy Normal killed Carleton Comet with a steak knife out of revenge for Fred.
Nancy Normal committed First degree murder on February 14, 2019. The
evidence has shown that Crime Scene Two has matched with Nancy Normal
and that Nancy Normal and/or Sam Sophomore wrote a death threat. This
evidence is derived from her blood and fingerprint on the knife, left when she
accidently cut her hand while grabbing the knife to kill Carleton Comet. We
believe Sam Sophomore could have been an accomplice to murder, but lack of
evidence makes it so we cannot convict him at this time.
