SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

That we, ISIDRO T. MAGHUYOP, Filipino of legal age, married and a resident of
Villaflor, Loboc, Bohol, Philippines and SOFIA M. UBOD, Filipino, of legal age, married
and a resident of Villaflor, Loboc, Bohol, Philippines have made, constituted, and
appointed, and by these presents do make constitute, and appoint ENGR. FELICISIMO
T. MAGHUYOP, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Block 6, Lot 7, Uptown
Phase III, Tiptip District, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines as our true and lawful
attorney-in-fact for us and our name, place and stead , to do the following on our behalf.

1. To SIGN, PROCESS, ACCOMPLISH, and FILE with the appropriate


Government agencies and offices all requisites regarding all parcels of land
of the late Spouses Antonio Maghuyop and Venancia Tecson which is subject
to an Extrajudicial Partition of Estate;

2. Likewise to file all requisites with the government agencies and offices like
The Municipal Assessors Office, City Assessors Office, Provincial Assessor’s
Office, Register of Deeds, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Department of
Agrarian Reform, Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the
Province of Bohol and all concerned Government agencies and offices like
HLURB for the purpose of transferring the ownership to our name;

3. To sign, execute and submit all papers, documents and other documentary
Requirements which this said offices may require to effect the transfer of the
said parcels of land and to receive all papers, documents, instruments and
other papers which this said government agencies/offices may release after
these shall have been released and approved by the concerned government
agencies and offices.

4. To do other related acts and things.


GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full power and authority to do
and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done
in and about the premises , as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could if
personally present , and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto set our hand at Villaflor, Loboc, Bohol,
Philippines this 16th day of January 2016.
