The meeting begins with a prayer led by Ms. Andrea Kylie Saut around 3:00 p.m.

A. Team Building

1. Ms. Jardin opens the meeting with sharing of ideas about the objectives of the
Team Building. Ms. Pepito, Mr. Codilla and Ms. Almario shares some
insights about the Team Building. They said that the Team Building will give
a strong relationship within the department; to know everyone’s strongest and
weakest points; and to measure everyone’s capacity as an employee.
2. The venue of the Team Building is at Cannibad, Samal suggested by Ms.
Marquez. The meeting place is at the Office suggested by Ms. Marquez at
7:00 a.m. The Team Building is 3 days and 2 nights.
3. Ms. Jardin let the employees to choose at least 10 games that they will be
having in the Team Building. Ms. Marquez suggested Longest Line. Mr.
Codilla suggested Pinoy Henyo. Ms. Pepito suggested Trip to Jerusalem. Ms.
Trinidad suggested tug-of-war. Mr. Codilla suggested Hephep Hooray. Ms.
Almario suggested Beach Valley. Ms. Marquez suggested a pageantry. Ms.
Pepito suggested Dragon Tail.
4. Ms. Marquez suggested to invite Mr. Ruben Gonzaga as a guest speaker in
the Team Building.
5. Mr. Codilla suggested that the Team Building is exclusive for the Human
Resource Department only.
6. Ms. Jardin assigned Ms. Almario to prepare the food, Mr. Codilla for the
sound system, Ms. Marquez for the decorations and Ms. Pepito for the
Program flow. The budget of the venue, food, sound system, decorations,
prizes, rooms and gas is approximately Php. 55,000.

B. Feeding Program

1. Ms. Marquez discussed that the objective of Feeding Program Is to help and
to share some health advises.
2. Ms. Pepito and Mr. Codilla suggested Malnourished children and Homeless
people as the target of their Feeding Program.
3. The target place of the Feeding Program homeless people is at San Pedro
Street suggested by Ms. Marquez, and at Wireless, Bangkerohan for the
malnourished children, suggested by Ms. Almario.
4. Ms. Jardin informed the employees that the Feeding Program will be on
Saturday and Sunday after the Team Building. The meeting place is at the
office at 3:00 a.m. for the preparation until 6:00 a.m.
5. The food to be prepared is a pack lunch type containing 1 cup of rice, ginisang
gulay, milk and banana.
6. Ms. Marquez volunteered to do the market, while Ms. Trinidad and Ms.
Almario volunteered to cook and Ms. Pepito and Mr. Codilla volunteered to
prepare the pack lunch.
7. The majority of the meeting decided to accept volunteers and donations
outside the company.
8. The budget for the Feeding Program is Php. 12,500.

C. Community Service (Clean Up)

1. The objective of having a community service is to save the environment and


to observe cleanliness to the surroundings.
2. Ms. Pepito suggested to have volunteers outside the company.
3. The venue of the community service is at Bucana River suggested by Ms.
Trinidad on Sunday. The meeting place is at the office at exactly 5:00 a.m.
4. Ms. Jardin assigned Ms. Trinidad to ask a permit at the office for the
community service at Bucana River.
5. Ms Jardin informed the employees that the materials they will be bringing in
the community service is dust pan, broom, sack, gloves and rake.
6. Ms. Jardin suggested that the snacks they will be having in the community
service is Siopao and C2.
7. The budget for the food and the materials is approximately Php. 4,000.
8. Ms. Jardin assigned Ms. Pepito to prepare the food and Ms. Marquez for the
program flow.

VI. Adjournment

The meeting ends with a prayer led by Ms. Honey Rose Pepito at around 4:55 p.m.
