How To Use University E-Mail Account Using Gmail
1. Using your Internet browser (i.e. Chrome, Mozilla, IE, Safari, etc.), type in www.gmail.com
in the address field.
2. The homepage of the Gmail Sign in page will be loaded. Type first the username
including the University official email address (i.e. @wmsu.edu.ph) and click on Next
button (see Figure 2). In case you do not have the details, request for your email account
at MISTO.
3. Type in the password of your account. If this is the first time that you have logged in to
this email account, change the initial password in the security settings (refer to section B).

B. CHANGING PASSWORDS
1. Inside your email account, click located on the upper right corner then click on My
Account.
2. Once inside the My Account page, click on the Sign-in & Securiy.
3. Browse inside the Sign-In & Security page, and look for Signing in to Google and click
on Password.

4. You will be asked to re-enter the current password and click on Next button.
5. Type-In your new password on the two textboxes. Then click on Change Password
button.
6. A message will appear that your new password has been changed. You can now use
your newly created password to log-in to the account.
