SALES AGREEMENT

This real estate agreement between SURETRUST CONSULTANCY


GROUP INC., (hereinafter referred to as “SURESTRUST”) and
________________________________.

WHEREAS the Seller is the legal owner and has all rights to sell the
property located at ____________________,

WHEREAS the Agent has experience in marketing, advertising, and


selling real estate property and has expressed an interest to provide
these services for the Seller.

The Parties have entered into this Sales Agreement on their own free will
and agree to the following:

1. The Seller hereby grants the company, SURETRUST exclusive rights


to sell the property located at ______________________________.

2. That upon signing, the seller is aware that within ninety (90) days
upon the approval, the Seller is bound to transact with exclusively with
SURETRUST.

2. The Seller will provide the Agent with all relevant information
necessary for the property to be sold and that any and all offers and
negotiations in regards to this property shall be conducted by
SURETRUST.

3. The Agent agrees to keep all information deemed confidential and not
necessary for the sale of the property private. Any needed disclosures of
confidential information shall be provided to the Seller for approval prior
to such disclosures taking place.

4. In the event that the SELLER decides to engage with other dealers,
they are bound to pay SURETRUST Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP
10,000.00) for breach of this Agreement/Contract. This amount shall also
be considered as processing or agency fee.
