Course Overview:

This course is designed to provide the students with an understanding of project management
and its application in real life projects. It presents several project management concepts and
techniques necessary for successful implementation of projects.

 Describe project management and its importance in various projects.


 Develop necessary analytical skills to successfully select, design, implement, control,
and terminate projects of varying complexities
 Handle variety of projects and ensure its successful implementation.
