Overview:

This program is purposely made to aid Motorcycles Company. This program can be Used

in all company’s transaction and inventory. With this program clients can avail and effective and

efficient transaction.

SALES AND INVENTORY PROGRAMS FOR MOTORCYCLES COMPANY

Goals:

In general, the goal of this program is to give aid for Motorcycles Company. This program shall;

1. Evaluate and run the program.

2. Visualize the purpose of Program, such as to keep all the records easy and fast.

3. Evaluate the additional changes or any recommendations in the said program.

Role

I am the company’s Sales Engineer and Programmer. I would be the one responsible for all the

technical aspects regarding all the transactions of the company. I am also tasked to develop this program.

Audience:

This program will be first showcase to the General Manager for him/her to find out beforehand

whether the program has met all the standards it needs and if some rendition is needed. Then, this will be

presented to all the sales staff since they will be using the program. Finally, during the transactions

company’s loyal and prospect clients can witness with their own eyes the company’s upgraded sales and

inventory process which guarantees a more efficient transaction.

Situation:

The main problem of the company is their system on their sales department. For instances new

transactions. It takes a minute just to look out for the price of the item. Furthermore, the out of date stock

list availability would hinder to fasten the transactions process. Due to this conflict of company’s

transaction process the idea of making this program.


Products:

After the long process of making this program, I present to you the Final Program. This program

is equipped with everything it needs to support all transactions of the companies by providing accurate

stocks available on particular motorcycles. Offering a fast and easy access and presenting sales and

purchased reports on different transactions for a specified period.

Upon checking the icon this will be the first form that will splash
Then after pressing any key;

As you can see in the image above there are three icons Admin, user, and exit. Click admin for administrator

otherwise user for sales staff, clerk etc. Click Exit if you want to exit.

If admin icon is click, login form (for Admin will appear)


As you can see there is a login form, input correct password and username (admin) to grant access of the

admin’s access.

When the access is granted, another form will show up this form is an access if you are an admin.
In the employee’s tab, will appear another subtab (Add Employees & List of Employees)

If you click Add Employees, this form will be shown

If you click List of Employees, this form will be shown


Back to the Admin’s tab, by clicking Buyers/Installer information this form will be shown

In the form above, click the print command to print all the records of buyers and Installers information.
Then if you want to exit just click the tab exit to exit the admin’s access and again the form below will

again appear

If you want to get the user access (Staff, Clerk and etc.) Click the admin icon, and this form will appear

Input correct password and username to grant access


Then the user access menu will be shown
In the purchased tab, this form will be shown

If you choose the option Direct Buy, this form will show
If the transaction is successful this message will show

If you choose installment this form will show


If the transaction this message will again appear

Go back to the user menu, if you click payment this form will appear
